DESCRIPTION
Ornamental iron shop looking for qualified welder/fabricators. Work includes layout and construction of vehicle gates, pedestrian gates, stairway handrails, balcony rails, artistic metal architectural details. Most work is with ferrous materials some wood, glass and misc. copper, stainless sheet metals. We also fabricate hand and machine forged pieces i.e. solid steel ornamental scroll. This is a small shop with 2 - 4 welder/fabricators, this is not a high production shop all of our work is custom. While we are always looking for experienced hard working people we really need a self motivated eager shop foreman/welder.
REQUIREMENTS
able to read a tape measure!
able to accurately add, subtract, multiply and divide whole numbers and fractions.
proficient with mig welder
able to follow instructions
able to work without supervision.
physically fit
able to communicate in english
able to work 40 plus hours per week
